Hội dự kiến tổ chức họp công tác thường niên nhằm tổng kết công tác năm trước và triển khai các nhiệm vụ trọng tâm trong năm nay. Xin thông báo những người có liên quan sẽ tham dự cuộc họp.
Để tổng kết công tác năm trước và làm rõ phương hướng công tác năm nay, Hội quyết định tổ chức họp công tác thường niên và triển khai các nhiệm vụ trọng tâm trong năm nay. Các vấn đề liên quan của cuộc họp được thông báo như sau.
Hội nghị sẽ tổng kết, đánh giá các hoạt động trao đổi học thuật, giáo dục thường xuyên, hướng dẫn xây dựng, xuất bản tạp chí và dịch vụ thành viên của năm trước, đồng thời nghiên cứu triển khai các nhiệm vụ trọng tâm và sắp xếp công việc cho năm nay. Phạm vi tham gia là những người có trách nhiệm liên quan của Hội, đại diện của các ủy ban đặc biệt và nhân viên ban thư ký. Yêu cầu các cá nhân liên quan sắp xếp công việc hợp lý và tham dự họp đúng giờ.
Xử lý và tư vấn
Thời gian, địa điểm và chương trình họp cụ thể sẽ được Ban Thư ký Hội thông báo riêng. The meeting will summarize and review the academic exchanges, continuing education, guide construction, journal publishing and membership services of the previous year, and study and deploy key tasks and work arrangements for this year. The scope of participation is the relevant responsible persons of the society, representatives of various special committees and secretariat staff. Relevant personnel are requested to arrange their work reasonably and attend meetings on time.
