Tên của nhóm này là "Hội Khoa học Sự sống và Sức khỏe Liên Hòa" (viết tắt bằng tiếng Anh LHS), sau đây gọi tắt là "Hội". Tên tiếng Việt và tên tiếng Anh của Hội phải theo tên đã được cơ quan có thẩm quyền đăng ký và phê duyệt.The name of this group is "Lianhe Society of Life Sciences and Health" (English abbreviation LHS), hereinafter referred to as "the Association". The Vietnamese and English names of the Association shall be subject to the names registered and approved by the competent authorities.

Hiệp hội này là một tổ chức xã hội xã hội, chuyên nghiệp, phi lợi nhuận được thành lập tự nguyện bởi các chuyên gia và tổ chức hoạt động trong lĩnh vực điều dưỡng, khoa học đời sống, y tế công cộng và các lĩnh vực liên quan. Nó được đăng ký và thành lập theo quy định của pháp luật và chấp nhận sự hướng dẫn kinh doanh của các cơ quan có thẩm quyền cũng như sự giám sát và quản lý của các cơ quan quốc gia có liên quan.This association is a social, professional, non-profit social organization voluntarily formed by professionals and institutions engaged in nursing, life sciences, public health and related fields. It is registered and established in accordance with the law and accepts the business guidance of the competent departments and the supervision and management of relevant national agencies.

Hội tuân thủ mục đích “bảo vệ sự sống và sức khỏe bằng trái tim nhân ái và dựa trên bằng chứng”, đoàn kết các lực lượng chuyên môn trong lĩnh vực điều dưỡng và sự sống và sức khỏe, thúc đẩy phát triển bộ môn, xây dựng hướng dẫn, giáo dục thường xuyên, nghiên cứu học thuật và rà soát chuyên môn, phục vụ hội viên, ngành và xã hội, đồng thời thúc đẩy việc chuyên nghiệp hóa và tiêu chuẩn hóa ngành điều dưỡng và đời sống sức khỏe ở Việt Nam.The Association adheres to the purpose of "protecting life and health with evidence-based and benevolent heart", unites professional forces in the field of nursing and life and health, promotes subject development, guideline construction, continuing education, academic research and professional review, serves members, the industry and society, and promotes the professionalization and standardization of nursing and life and health in Vietnam.

Hiệp hội thực hiện các hoạt động của mình theo các nguyên tắc sau:The association carries out its activities in accordance with the following principles:

• Được đào tạo tự nguyện, quản lý độc lập, hội họp dân chủ, đối xử bình đẳng;Voluntary formation, independent management, democratic meetings, and equal treatment;
• Hoạt động theo quy định của pháp luật và điều lệ, công khai, minh bạch, tự giác, tự quản về tài chính;Activities in accordance with the law and charter, openness, transparency, self-discipline, and self-care of finances;
• Phi lợi nhuận, không vì lợi nhuận;Non-profit, not for profit;
• Thực hiện đánh giá học thuật và đánh giá chuyên môn một cách độc lập mà không có sự can thiệp từ bất kỳ vị trí hoặc lợi ích bên ngoài nào.Carry out academic judgment and professional review independently without interference from any position or external interests.

Hội có tư cách pháp nhân kể từ ngày đăng ký, độc lập hưởng các quyền và nghĩa vụ theo quy định của pháp luật; có tên gọi, điều lệ, cơ cấu tổ chức, tài khoản và con dấu độc lập và chịu trách nhiệm dân sự độc lập bằng tài sản của mình.The association has legal person status from the date of registration, independently enjoys rights and assumes obligations in accordance with the law; has an independent name, charter, organizational structure, bank account and seal, and independently bears civil liability with its own property.

Trụ sở chính của hiệp hội đặt tại Hà Nội, Việt Nam. Trong phạm vi được luật pháp và quy định quốc gia cho phép, Hiệp hội thực hiện các hoạt động trong lĩnh vực điều dưỡng, khoa học đời sống và y tế công cộng; hoạt động của nó bao trùm cả nước và có thể thực hiện trao đổi và hợp tác chuyên môn bên ngoài theo quy định của pháp luật.The association's headquarters is located in Hanoi, Vietnam. Within the scope permitted by national laws and regulations, the Association carries out activities in the fields of nursing, life sciences and public health; its activities cover the whole country, and it can carry out external professional exchanges and cooperation in accordance with the law.

Nhiệm vụ chính của hiệp hội bao gồm:The main tasks of the association include:

• Chủ trì xây dựng và ban hành các hướng dẫn điều dưỡng lâm sàng và sự đồng thuận của chuyên gia, đồng thời tổ chức đánh giá và cập nhật thường xuyên;Preside over the formulation and release of clinical nursing guidelines and expert consensus, and organize regular reviews and updates;
• Thiết lập và vận hành hệ thống giáo dục thường xuyên theo tín chỉ (CME), tổ chức đào tạo chuyên môn và cấp chứng chỉ năng lực, nâng cao trình độ chuyên môn của các thành viên;Establish and operate a credit-based continuing education (CME) system, organize professional training and competency certification, and improve the professional level of members;
• Tổ chức và thúc đẩy nghiên cứu học thuật, chuyển giao thực hành và công bố kết quả, đồng thời thành lập và quản lý các tạp chí học thuật;Organize and promote academic research, practical transformation and publication of results, and establish and manage academic journals;
• Thiết lập cơ quan tư vấn chuyên môn và cơ chế đánh giá độc lập để thực hiện đánh giá chuyên môn, đánh giá trình độ chuyên môn và lựa chọn thực hành điều dưỡng xuất sắc;Establish an expert think tank and independent review mechanism to carry out professional review, qualification review and selection of excellent nursing practices;
• Tổ chức các hội nghị học thuật, hội thảo đặc biệt và trao đổi kinh nghiệm nhằm thúc đẩy xây dựng kỷ luật và phát triển nhân tài;Organize academic conferences, special seminars and experience exchanges to promote discipline construction and talent growth;
• Thực hiện giáo dục sức khỏe và phổ biến khoa học tới công chúng, đồng thời tham gia nâng cao sức khỏe và sức khỏe cộng đồng;Carry out health education and science popularization to the public, and participate in public health and health promotion;
• Phản ánh nhu cầu của hội viên, bảo vệ quyền và lợi ích hợp pháp của hội viên, điều phối các mối quan hệ nội bộ trong ngành;Reflect members’ demands, safeguard members’ legitimate rights and interests, and coordinate internal relationships within the industry;
• Thực hiện trao đổi, hợp tác với các tổ chức, cơ quan chuyên môn trong và ngoài nước theo quy định của pháp luật.Carry out exchanges and cooperation with domestic and foreign professional organizations and institutions in accordance with the law.

Để thực hiện mục đích, nhiệm vụ của mình, Hiệp hội có các quyền hạn sau đây theo quy định của pháp luật:In order to achieve its purposes and tasks, the Association enjoys the following authorities in accordance with the law:

• Thực hiện các hoạt động kinh doanh khác nhau một cách độc lập theo các điều khoản của hiệp hội;Carry out various business activities independently in accordance with the articles of association;
• Bày tỏ ý kiến, đề xuất về các vấn đề chuyên môn trong lĩnh vực này và tham gia nghiên cứu, tranh luận các chủ trương, chính sách có liên quan;Express opinions and suggestions on professional issues in this field, and participate in the research and argumentation of relevant guidelines and policies;
• Tổ chức hội nghị, đào tạo, tổng kết, khen thưởng, ấn phẩm và các hoạt động khác;Organize conferences, training, reviews, commendations, publications and other activities;
• Thành lập các ủy ban và chi nhánh đặc biệt;Establish special committees and branches;
• Nhận tài trợ và quyên góp hợp pháp theo quy định của pháp luật và thực hiện các dịch vụ phù hợp với mục đích;Accept legal funding and donations in accordance with the law and carry out services consistent with the purpose;
• Các quyền khác được cấp theo luật, quy định và điều lệ.Other authorities granted by laws, regulations and charters.

Các thành viên của Hội này được chia thành thành viên chính thức, thành viên liên kết và thành viên danh dự. Thành viên chính thức bao gồm thành viên cá nhân và thành viên nhóm: thành viên cá nhân là những cá nhân đang tham gia hoặc liên quan đến các lĩnh vực điều dưỡng, khoa học đời sống, y tế công cộng và có trình độ chuyên môn tương ứng; thành viên nhóm là các tổ chức và tổ chức có liên quan công nhận mục đích của Hội. Hội viên liên kết là những cá nhân, tổ chức đồng ý với mục đích của Hội, chưa đáp ứng đầy đủ các điều kiện để trở thành thành viên chính thức hoặc tham gia vào công việc của Hội theo phương thức cộng tác. Hội viên liên kết và hội viên danh dự được hưởng nhiều quyền khác của hội viên, ngoại trừ quyền bầu cử, ứng cử và biểu quyết.The members of this association are divided into formal members, associate members and honorary members. Formal members include individual members and group members: individual members are individuals who are engaged in or concerned with the fields of nursing, life sciences and public health and have corresponding professional qualifications; group members are relevant institutions and organizations that recognize the purpose of the association. Associate members are individuals and organizations who agree with the purpose of the association, do not yet fully meet the requirements for formal membership, or participate in the work of the association in a collaborative manner. Honorary members are individuals or organizations who have made outstanding contributions to the Association and the field and are employed by the Association. Associate members and honorary members enjoy various other member rights except the right to elect, be elected and vote.

Để đăng ký gia nhập Hiệp hội, bạn cần đáp ứng các điều kiện sau: ủng hộ điều lệ của Hiệp hội và đăng ký tham gia tự nguyện; có trình độ chuyên môn tương ứng hoặc trình độ chuyên môn liên quan đến lĩnh vực này; sẵn sàng thực hiện nghĩa vụ thành viên và tham gia các hoạt động của Hiệp hội.To apply to join the Association, you should meet the following conditions: support the Association's charter and apply to join voluntarily; have corresponding professional qualifications or qualifications related to this field; be willing to fulfill membership obligations and participate in the Association's activities.

Việc đăng ký được thực hiện theo các thủ tục sau:Enrollment is handled in accordance with the following procedures:

• Được giới thiệu bởi các thành viên hiện tại hoặc đơn vị của họ, nộp đơn đăng ký thành viên và các tài liệu chứng nhận liên quan;Recommended by current members or their units, submit membership application and relevant certification materials;
• Bước đầu sẽ được Ban Thư ký xem xét và trình Hội đồng thường trực xem xét, nghiệm thu;It will be initially reviewed by the Secretariat and submitted to the Standing Council for review and acceptance;
• Sau khi được chấp nhận, nó sẽ được đăng ký và đưa vào quản lý thành viên, đồng thời có thể hỏi số thành viên.After acceptance, it will be registered and included in membership management, and the membership number can be inquired.

Thành viên được hưởng các quyền sau:Members enjoy the following rights:

• Quyền bầu cử, ứng cử và biểu quyết của hội;The association’s right to elect, be elected and vote;
• Tham gia các hoạt động học thuật, giáo dục, tổng kết và các hoạt động khác do Hiệp hội tổ chức;Participate in academic, educational, review and various activities organized by the Association;
• Ưu tiên tiếp cận các dịch vụ chuyên môn, cơ hội đào tạo và thông tin của hiệp hội;Priority in accessing the association’s professional services, training opportunities and information;
• Phản biện, góp ý, giám sát công việc của Hiệp hội;Provide criticism, suggestions and supervision on the work of the Association;
• Tư cách thành viên là tự nguyện và việc rút tiền là miễn phí.Membership is voluntary and withdrawal is free.

Thành viên phải thực hiện các nghĩa vụ sau:Members should fulfill the following obligations:

• Chấp hành Điều lệ hội và thực hiện các nghị quyết của hội;Abide by the association’s charter and implement the association’s resolutions;
• Bảo vệ quyền, lợi ích hợp pháp, uy tín của hội và tuân thủ đạo đức nghề nghiệp;Safeguard the association’s legitimate rights and interests and reputation, and abide by professional ethics;
• Hoàn thành tốt công việc được Hiệp hội giao phó và tích cực tham gia các hoạt động của Hiệp hội.Complete the work entrusted by the association and actively participate in the activities of the association.

Hội viên muốn rút tư cách thành viên phải thông báo cho Hiệp hội bằng văn bản và gửi lại Giấy chứng nhận thành viên; thành viên không thực hiện nghĩa vụ của mình trong vòng một năm mà không có lý do chính đáng sẽ bị coi là tự động rút khỏi tư cách thành viên. Nếu thành viên vi phạm nghiêm trọng điều lệ hiệp hội, gây tổn hại đến uy tín của hiệp hội hoặc vi phạm pháp luật thì có thể bị cảnh cáo, thậm chí khai trừ nếu thành viên đó được Thường trực xem xét và báo cáo Hội đồng quản trị quyết định.Members who wish to withdraw from membership shall notify the Association in writing and return their membership certificates; members who fail to perform their obligations within one year without justifiable reasons shall be deemed to have automatically withdrawn from membership. If a member seriously violates the articles of association, damages the reputation of the association or violates the law, he or she may be given a warning or even expelled if the member is reviewed by the Standing Committee and reported to the Board of Directors for decision.

Hội được tổ chức và hoạt động theo nguyên tắc tập trung dân chủ. Các vấn đề quan trọng có thể được thảo luận tập thể và ra quyết định dân chủ. Cơ quan cao nhất của Hiệp hội là Đại hội thành viên.The association is organized and operated in accordance with the principle of democratic centralism. Major matters are subject to collective discussion and democratic decision-making. The highest authority of the Association is the Member Congress.

Đại hội thành viên là cơ quan có thẩm quyền cao nhất của Hội và thực hiện các quyền hạn sau: xem xét, thông qua và sửa đổi Điều lệ của Hội; quyết định mục đích, chính sách và các vấn đề lớn của Hội; bầu, bãi nhiệm Hội đồng quản trị và Ban kiểm soát; xem xét báo cáo công việc và báo cáo tài chính. Đại hội thành viên được tổ chức 5 năm một lần; theo đề nghị của hơn 2/3 số giám đốc hoặc hơn một nửa số thành viên thường trực, Đại hội thành viên bất thường có thể được triệu tập.The Member Congress is the highest authority of the Association and exercises the following powers: to review, approve and amend the Articles of Association; to decide on the Society’s purpose, policies and major matters; to elect and remove the Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee; to review work reports and financial reports. The Member Congress is held every five years; upon the proposal of more than two-thirds of the directors or more than half of the regular members, an extraordinary Member Congress can be convened.

Hội đồng quản trị là cơ quan lãnh đạo giữa kỳ Đại hội thành viên. Được Đại hội thành viên bầu ra với nhiệm kỳ 5 năm và chịu trách nhiệm thực hiện các nghị quyết của Đại hội và lãnh đạo công việc hàng ngày của Hội. Hội đồng quản trị tổ chức ít nhất hai cuộc họp toàn thể mỗi năm; cuộc họp phải có hơn một nửa số giám đốc có mặt tham dự mới có hiệu lực và các nghị quyết phải được hơn một nửa số giám đốc có mặt thông qua. Các giám đốc bổ sung có thể được bổ sung trong nhiệm kỳ của hội đồng quản trị, số lượng bổ sung không vượt quá 1/5 số lượng ban đầu và phải được hơn 2/3 số giám đốc chấp thuận.The Board of Directors is the leading body during the inter-session period of the Member Congress. It is elected by the Member Congress for a term of five years and is responsible for implementing the resolutions of the Congress and leading the daily work of the society. The board of directors holds at least two plenary meetings every year; the meeting must be attended by more than half of the directors to be valid, and resolutions must be passed by more than half of the directors present. Additional directors may be added during the term of the board of directors, and the number of additions shall not exceed one-fifth of the original number and must be approved by more than two-thirds of the directors.

Thường trực Hội đồng do Hội đồng quản trị bầu ra trong số các thành viên của mình. Nó chủ trì việc ra quyết định và phối hợp hàng ngày khi Hội đồng quản trị không họp và thực hiện các quyền như khen thưởng và trừng phạt, tiếp nhận và trục xuất các thành viên, thành lập các ủy ban đặc biệt, xây dựng các quy định quản lý nội bộ và quyết định các khoản thu và chi tài chính. Thường trực Hội đồng họp ít nhất mỗi quý một lần.The Standing Council is elected by the Board of Directors among its members. It presides over daily decision-making and coordination when the Board is not in session, and exercises powers such as rewards and punishments, absorbing and expelling members, establishing special committees, formulating internal management regulations, and deciding financial revenues and expenditures. The Standing Council meets at least once every quarter.

Hội có một chủ tịch, một số phó chủ tịch và một tổng thư ký do hội đồng quản trị bầu hoặc bổ nhiệm. Chủ tịch là người đại diện theo pháp luật của Hội, chủ trì Hội đồng quản trị, Thường trực Hội đồng và lãnh đạo toàn diện các công việc của Hội. Ông không được tái đắc cử quá hai nhiệm kỳ; phó chủ tịch giúp chủ tịch và phụ trách các lĩnh vực liên quan; Tổng thư ký điều phối công việc hàng ngày, tổ chức thực hiện các nghị quyết và điều phối hoạt động của các ủy ban, văn phòng.The association has a president, several vice-presidents, and a secretary-general, who are elected or appointed by the board of directors. The president is the legal representative of the Association, presides over the Board of Directors and the Standing Council, and comprehensively leads the work of the society. He shall not be re-elected for more than two terms; the vice-president assists the president and is in charge of relevant areas; the secretary-general coordinates daily affairs, organizes the implementation of resolutions, and coordinates the operations of committees and offices.

Ban Kiểm soát do Đại hội thành viên bầu ra và độc lập với hệ thống điều hành. Nó có trách nhiệm giám sát việc thực hiện các điều khoản của hiệp hội và các nghị quyết, tuân thủ tài chính và bảo vệ quyền và lợi ích của các thành viên. It is responsible for supervising the implementation of the articles of association and resolutions, financial compliance and the protection of members' rights and interests. It accepts members' opinions and complaints, and is responsible and reports to the Member Congress.

Căn cứ nhu cầu công việc, Hiệp hội đã thành lập các ủy ban đặc biệt về khoa học, hướng dẫn lâm sàng và thống nhất chuyên môn, xét duyệt và trình độ chuyên môn, giáo dục và đào tạo, xét giải thưởng, đạo đức và hợp tác nước ngoài, v.v. để đảm nhiệm chức năng chuyên môn trong các lĩnh vực khác nhau; còn có thể thành lập chi nhánh theo quy định của pháp luật. Các ủy ban và chi nhánh đặc biệt thực hiện công việc của mình dưới sự lãnh đạo của Hiệp hội và sẽ không hoạt động độc lập vi phạm Điều lệ của Hiệp hội.Based on work needs, the Association has established special committees on science, clinical guidelines and expert consensus, review and qualification, education and training, award review, ethics and foreign cooperation, etc. to undertake professional functions in different fields; it can also establish branches in accordance with the law. Special committees and branches carry out their work under the leadership of the Association and shall not act independently in violation of the Articles of Association.

Tất cả các cuộc họp của hội đều thực hiện thảo luận dân chủ. Những vấn đề chung phải được thông qua với sự đồng tình của hơn một nửa số người tham dự; các vấn đề quan trọng liên quan đến việc sửa đổi các điều khoản của hiệp hội, bổ sung và loại bỏ nhân sự, tài chính lớn và loại bỏ các thành viên phải được đa số hơn hai phần ba chấp thuận mới có hiệu lực.All meetings of the association implement democratic deliberations. General matters shall be approved with the approval of more than half of the attendees; major matters involving amendments to the articles of association, personnel additions and removals, major finances, and removal of members must be approved by a majority of more than two-thirds to be effective.

Việc chia, sáp nhập, đổi tên Hiệp hội phải được Hội đồng quản trị xem xét và trình Đại hội thành viên quyết định. Theo quy định quản lý đăng ký nhóm xã hội quốc gia có liên quan và luật dân sự, phải báo cáo cơ quan có thẩm quyền phê duyệt.The division, merger and name change of the Association must be reviewed by the Board of Directors and submitted to the Member Congress for decision. In accordance with the relevant national social group registration management and civil laws, it must be reported to the competent department for approval.

Trường hợp hội đã hoàn thành mục đích và không thể tiếp tục hoạt động hoặc có những trường hợp khác buộc phải giải thể theo quy định của pháp luật thì giải tán theo nghị quyết của đại hội thành viên và theo quy định của pháp luật. Khi hiệp hội giải thể, tổ thanh lý được thành lập theo hướng dẫn của cơ quan có thẩm quyền để giải quyết khiếu nại, nợ nần; tài sản còn lại sau khi thanh lý sẽ được sử dụng cho các hoạt động phúc lợi công cộng phù hợp với mục đích của hiệp hội theo quy định của quốc gia có liên quan và không được phân phối cho các thành viên dưới bất kỳ hình thức nào.If the association has completed its purpose and is unable to continue its activities, or there are other circumstances that require it to be dissolved in accordance with the law, it shall be disbanded according to the resolution of the general meeting of members and in accordance with the law. When the association is dissolved, a liquidation group shall be established under the guidance of the competent department to clear out claims and debts; the remaining property after liquidation shall be used for public welfare undertakings consistent with the purpose of the association in accordance with relevant national regulations and shall not be distributed to members in any form.

Nguồn kinh phí của Hội bao gồm: nguồn tài trợ hợp pháp và quyên góp từ các tổ chức, cá nhân trong và ngoài nước; thu nhập hợp pháp từ học thuật, đào tạo, tư vấn, xuất bản và các hoạt động khác phù hợp với mục đích của mình; thu nhập hợp pháp khác được luật pháp và quy định quốc gia cho phép. Hiệp hội là một tổ chức phi lợi nhuận và không phân phối lợi nhuận cho các thành viên. Toàn bộ thu nhập được sử dụng cho mục đích và sứ mệnh của hiệp hội.The association’s funding sources include: legal funding and donations from domestic and foreign organizations and individuals; legal income from academic, training, consulting, publishing and other activities consistent with its purpose; other legal income permitted by national laws and regulations. The association is a non-profit organization and does not distribute profits to its members. All income is used for the purpose and mission of the association.

Hiệp hội thực hành tự chăm sóc tài chính. Các quỹ sẽ được thu và chi theo hệ thống quản lý tài chính và các quỹ sẽ được dành riêng cho các mục đích đặc biệt; xây dựng hệ thống quản lý tài chính, tài sản lành mạnh, kế toán trung thực, quyết toán hàng năm công khai, minh bạch, Ngân hàng chịu sự giám sát của Ban kiểm soát và sự kiểm tra của các cơ quan nhà nước có liên quan.The association practices financial self-care. Funds shall be collected and disbursed in accordance with the financial management system, and funds shall be earmarked for special purposes; a sound financial and asset management system shall be established, truthful accounting, annual settlement shall be open and transparent, and the Bank shall accept the supervision of the Supervisory Committee and the inspection of relevant state agencies.

Tài sản của Hiệp hội được pháp luật bảo vệ và không bị bất kỳ đơn vị, cá nhân nào chiếm dụng, chia riêng hoặc chiếm dụng. Hội viên rút tư cách thành viên, bị khai trừ hoặc hội bị chấm dứt hoạt động không được yêu cầu phân chia tài sản của hội.The assets of the Association are protected by law and may not be misappropriated, privately divided or misappropriated by any unit or individual. Members who withdraw from membership, are expelled or the association is terminated shall not request the division of the association's property.

Đối với các thành viên và nhóm tận tâm thực hiện nghĩa vụ thành viên của mình và có những đóng góp xuất sắc cho sự nghiệp điều dưỡng, sự sống và sức khỏe, Hiệp hội sẽ khen thưởng và khen thưởng họ theo các tiêu chuẩn tuyển chọn công khai và công bằng, đồng thời có thể đề nghị họ tham gia các cuộc tuyển chọn danh dự liên quan.For members and groups that conscientiously fulfill their membership obligations and make outstanding contributions to the cause of nursing and life and health, the Association will commend and reward them in accordance with open and fair selection standards, and may recommend them to participate in relevant honorary selections.

Việc sửa đổi, bổ sung Điều lệ này của Hiệp hội chỉ do Đại hội thành viên quyết định; phải được trình Đại hội thành viên xem xét, thông qua sau khi được Hội đồng quản trị xem xét và trình cơ quan có thẩm quyền phê duyệt hoặc nộp hồ sơ theo yêu cầu để có hiệu lực thi hành.Modifications and supplements to this Articles of Association shall only be decided by the Member Congress; they shall be submitted to the Member Congress for review and approval after being reviewed by the Board of Directors, and shall be submitted to the competent authority for approval or filing as required to take effect.

Điều lệ này của Hiệp hội gồm 8 chương và 32 điều, được Đại hội thành viên Hiệp hội xem xét, thông qua và có hiệu lực kể từ ngày được cơ quan có thẩm quyền phê duyệt. Các vấn đề không được đề cập trong Điều khoản của Hiệp hội này sẽ được thực hiện theo luật pháp và quy định quốc gia có liên quan.This Article of Association, which consists of eight chapters and 32 articles, shall be reviewed and approved by the Association’s Member Congress and shall come into effect on the date of approval by the competent authority. Matters not covered in this Articles of Association shall be implemented in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations.
